These GTC apply to all purchases made via Easylifeshoes in the categories **Shoes, Clothing, Bags, Accessories, Furniture, and Home Accessories**. We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
#### **2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract**
- Seller: Easylifeshoes, Easylifeshoes, Easylifeshoes.
- By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer.
- The contract is only concluded upon our **shipping confirmation** or delivery.
#### **3. Prices & Payment**
- All prices include VAT, plus shipping costs (see shopping cart).
- Payment methods: **Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, purchase on account (after credit check), advance payment**.
- In case of late payment: **Reminder fee of $5 + default interest (5% above the base interest rate p.a.)**.
#### **4. Delivery & Shipping**
- Standard delivery time: **2–3 business days (US)**, **5–7 business days (EU)**.
- Express delivery (for an additional charge): **1–2 business days (US)**.
- Shipping costs: **USA: $4.90 (free for orders over $50) | EU: $9.90**.
- **Furniture**: Delivery by freight forwarder with prior arrangement.
#### **5. Right of Withdrawal**
- **14-day** withdrawal period from receipt of goods.
- Returns must be received by us within **14 days of withdrawal**.
- **Free return**: Use our Easylifeshoes for a prepaid label (US only).
- Exceptions: **Personalized items, hygiene products (socks, underwear), custom-made furniture**.
#### **6. Warranty & Guarantee**
- Legal warranty: **24 months** for defects.
- **Manufacturer warranties** apply additionally (see product page).
- Please report any defects immediately to **[email protected]**.
#### **7. Retention of Title**
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

#### **9. Severability Clause**
If individual clauses are invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
